If you require the furniture as a supply only we ensure that all the items are manufactured and finished for immediate use on delivery. No putting together or cutting and carving on site will be required.

Our Trespa Mobile cabinets' are fixed to heavy-duty castors / wheels. The carcasses are constructed from 16mm & 13mm Trespa Base (formerly Trespa Athlon). This creates a product which is made to withstand the harshest of environments. They are extremely durable and very easy to clean (they can even be hosed down if required!).

Standard Trespa Mobile Cupboard Specification

All mobile units are mounted on 4 rubber swivel castors. As standard, the front two castors will be lockable
Cabinets are constructed utilising Hardwood dowels adhesive fixed into position, thereby ensuring guaranteed stability

All cabinet carcasses are constructed from 16mm Trespa TopLab Base (Athlon)
Carcass's Colour choice is White or Pastel Grey
All cabinets are complete with an adjustable internal shelf
Drawers have steel sides and a 6mm Trespa bottom and back
Units to be completed with Stainless Steel D Handles
Each door is hung with 3x 270-degree opening, coated steel hinges
All 1000mm wide cabinets have a 20mm x 40mm steel support rail to ensure worktop integrity

Trespa Mobile Laboratory Cabinet Range

We can manufacture furniture to any size required however our standard sizes are:

Single Mobile Cupboard: 500mm x 500mm x 840mm High
Double Mobile Cupboard: 1000mm x 500mm x 840mm High

The reason why the height is 840mm is to allow them to be placed under our standard Lab Benches.
