Our Anti-Vibration Lab Balance Benches are manufactured to your dimensions to ensure they fit your requirement. All our tables carry a ten-year guarantee against normal usage failure. Ideal for using Microscopes or Platforms. The standard frames are designed to take 750kg equally spread loads. Our standard sizes are 1200 x 600 x 916mm high & 1200 x 750 x 916mm high. However, we can manufacture them in any size you require. Also from time to time we have odds and sods sizes available at cheaper prices. Please enquiry regarding these items.

The balance tables are used for analytical balances and other sensitive measuring equipment. Mark Finn's Balance Tables provide superior stability for highly calibrated equipment. A heavy slab of Granite is specially mounted on a powder-coated steel frame. The frame is mounted on special machine threaded levelling feet anti-vibration feet to provide dampening.

Our Balance Table frames are constructed from 40mm x 40mm x 4mm quality kite-marked steel. With its welded joints typically being 3 times stronger than the actual steel. The frame is sandblasted and painted under heat to ensure a tough lasting finish which will not crack, chip or peel like conventional paints. Our balance benches also come with Sorbo rubber and cork pads (see photo on the right-hand side of the page) which lie on top of the frame to act as a cushion between the frame and the Trespa worktop to help minimise vibration.  

Standard Frame Colours:
The standard final coating is high gloss but other finishes can be supplied as required. Our standard lab table frame colours are:

  • White – RAL: 9010

  • Light Grey – RAL: 7035

  • Black

All RAL colours are available but non-standard colours carry an extra charge of £50.00 per order
